By downloading, installing, or using Prismo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Alexis Thomas ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"), the creator of Prismo.
Prismo is a personal knowledge management and journaling application that provides:
Your personal data (journals, knowledge items, settings) is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app uninstallation, or other circumstances.
For subscription management and AI features, we use anonymous identifiers provided by RevenueCat. These identifiers do not include personally identifiable information.

The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Alexis Thomas and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain all rights to the content you create within the App (journal entries, knowledge items, etc.). By using AI features, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the AI-powered functionality. This license terminates immediately after processing is complete.
Some icons used in the App are provided by Freepik. All third-party content is used under appropriate licenses.
When you use AI features, your content is processed using Google's Gemini AI. AI processing is:
AI-generated content (insights, quiz questions, knowledge suggestions) is provided "as is" and may not always be accurate. You should review and verify AI-generated content before relying on it.

Prismo is designed for personal knowledge management and self-reflection. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice. The AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional consultation.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App or its features. The App may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
